Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
- Opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Return

- Let us know the reason for the return and attach photos if needed.
- We'll send you return instructions via email or WhatsApp.
- Once we receive the item, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes and cosmetics.
- Fabric that has been cut or altered.
- Items damaged due to misuse.
